Dalia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Psychology from Tiffin University. She currently serves as the Teen Parenting and MAS Program Coordinator, utilizing her case management skills to effectively support her clients and colleagues. Prior to this role, Dalia worked as a case manager at One Hope United, where she gained valuable experience in assisting adolescents with various mental health and behavioral challenges.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Dalia is adept at connecting with diverse communities. Her prior experience as an immigration legal assistant further strengthens her commitment to serving individuals and families in need.
Known for her kindness, empathy, and passion for non-profit work, Dalia is driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the community. When not serving her clients, she enjoys spending time with friends, watching Harry Potter, and building Legos.
